Amazing food!!!!great staff and the ambiance is super simple but very cozy. They have a small menu with few options but any this options are fantastic.

Their Pad Thai just hits different! Love this dish here! The staff works very hard and they are very busy but worth the line!!!

Loved the food we got from Degthai. It was ready very quickly and oh so delicious. Also, super cool concept with the ghost kitchen and locker pickups.

I have been a fan of Degthai since I moved to Nashville ... and I am so grateful that they operate this second location out of Midtown Foods! Their main location on Nolensville Pike is just a bit too far for a weeknight Thai craving ... BUT with this new addition, I can easily order takeout or delivery to East Nashville. At this point, I've eaten just about everything on their menu, and I have zero complaints. My go-to this winter has been the Red Curry (I like to order an extra side of rice so I have leftovers for the next day). I also love Jay's Special, and recommend it to any Degthai first-timers. My husband's favorite is the Shrimp Fried Rice, and he never strays from this order because it's consistently delicious. Also if you like Thai Tea, this is the place to order it! If you do pick up your order from Midtown Foods, I recommend giving yourself a bit of extra time to navigate the locker set-up. Personally, I've never had any issues with it, but I do know it can be confusing if it's your first time. There's actually a video on the @degthaistreetfood Instagram that explains the process. Big thanks to the amazing Degthai team for being my go-to Thai food in Nashville! Can't wait to order more takeout soon ... in fact, maybe I should order some right now.

I got the green curry and the fried egg rolls and it was great. I have never had green curry with mushrooms but i liked it. strange way to pick it up at the place where you get a locker. But it was fun, no direct service but it was made really quickly

Ordered some takeout for lunch. Got the red curry with shrimp and it was so delicious! Perfectly flavored, the perfect amount of spice without overpowering the dish (got the medium), and goes well with the rice. There are maybe 5-6 shrimps in the dish and a LOT of mushrooms (not my favorite). Still it's so tasty and I highly recommend!

Same great flavors and menu as the original but in a ghost kitchen outside midtown. This option speeds up getting Degthai closer to downtown but is very delivery focused. You can go pick up here too but it is just a bunch of lockers to organize the take out orders. So if you plan to eat at home or have it delivered it's a welcome addition.

Best Thai tea in Nash! 10/10! It gets busy but it's worth the wait! I'll definitely be back for the food!

I recently decided to try out this new branch of Degthai restaurant operating out of a coworking kitchen, and I'm so glad I did! Although I initially ordered through Uber Eats and faced a frustrating experience with delays and, ultimately, a cancellation after an hour of waiting, the restaurant went above and beyond to make things right. I contacted them directly, and they were incredibly apologetic about the situation. They immediately offered to cook my order fresh and let me pick it up, all for free. The food was absolutely delicious--full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and a perfect balance of spices. They threw in an appetizer as well. I appreciate their dedication to customer service and their commitment to making things right, even when the issue was possibly and/or likely out of their direct control. I will definitely be ordering from them again and encourage others to support this fantastic local business. Great food and a solid response for customer satisfaction! I'm just not yet sure if I'll order through Uber Eats. Haha
